With two-way text messaging, you can send and receive text messages to and from your patients in real time. Patient Engage uses heuristics ("machine learning") to help prioritize your two-way text messages so that you can respond to the important messages first. You can manually flag messages as important, so suggestions become more helpful over time.
When you receive an incoming text message, Patient Engage alerts you with a desktop notification so you can see and respond to them quickly.
Note: Changes made in Patient Engage also affect Patient Engage Live and the Patient Engage Mobile app across all user logins.
