on the Navigation bar.It's easy to send a text message using Patient Engage Live.
To send a text message
1. In
Patient Engage Live, click the Two-way Text button
on the Navigation bar.
2. In
the top-right corner of the Two-Way Text
panel that appears, click the 
icon.
3. In the Search box, type the name of the patient to whom you want to send a text message.
4. Once the desired recipient/number appears in the results, click their name to open the Text Details
5. In the text box at the bottom of the panel, type your message (up to 320 characters).
6. If you want to add attachments, click Add Attachment and select the desired files to attach.
7. Click Send Message.
