You can configure text message settings used to communicate with patients via text message.
To configure text message settings
2. From the Dentrix Hub toolbar, click Settings.
3. Under Communication, click Text Message Settings.
4. Configure the following Text Message Settings:
· Deliver Times - Set the start and end times when you want Patient Engage to deliver text messages to recipients.
· Business name in your text message - Type the name of your practice just as you want it to appear in your text messages (up to 20 characters).
5. When finished, click Save.
