Sorting text messages

You can sort your text messages by unread messages, important messages, or new patient messages.

To sort text messages

1.   Log in to Patient Engage.

2.   In the top-right corner, click the icon.

3.   At the top of the list, click the Sort by button.

4.   Under Sort by, select the type of messages that you want to sort by, and then click Newest to Oldest or Oldest to Newest.
