on the Navigation bar.You can filter text messages to display only those that you mark as important (or that are marked as important by Patient Engage Live based on past actions) or that have been Read, Unread, or Deleted.
To change the text messaging view
1. In
Patient Engage Live, click the Two-way Text button
on the Navigation bar.
2. In
the top-right corner, click the filter 
icon.
3. In the panel that appears, select the filter options you want to view:
