Marking a conversation as Read or Unread

You can mark a text message conversations as either Read or Unread.

To mark a conversation as Read or Unread

1.   Log in to Patient Engage.

2.   In the top-right corner, click the icon.

3.   From the options menu ( in the top-right corner) of the text message you want to hide, click Mark as Read or Mark as Unread.

An Unread conversation appears in bold and has a blue dot next to the Importance icon (banner).
