Using the Objective - History section

The Objective - History section in EHR has tabs that you can use to record the patient's treatment history. The color of the text label of any tab in this section is red if that tab contains data.

Tip: If you select the Turn on Hide/Rename tabs option in Electronic Health Record (EHR) preferences section on the Operation tab, you can right-click any of these tabs and then do one of the following:

·        Choose Hide to temporarily hide the tab (for privacy reasons). The tab remains hidden until you click Show Hidden Tabs under Control Panel.

·        Choose Rename to rename the tab. If you later want to restore the original rename, right-click the tab, delete the name (so the field is blank), and then click OK.
