Rx tab
To write a prescription
1. In the Objective - History section of EHR, on the Rx tab, click New.
The Write Medical Prescription for dialog box appears.
Note: To use ePrescribe to manage electronic prescriptions for the patient, click e-Rx.
To delete a prescription
1. On the Rx tab, select the entry that you want to delete. You cannot delete a locked prescription.
2. Click Delete. This option is available only if you have a prescription selected and the selected prescription is not locked.
A confirmation message appears.
3. Click Yes.
To print prescriptions
1. On the Rx tab, select the prescriptions that you want to print.
2. Click Print Selected.
A preview of the prescriptions appears. If you are printing multiple prescriptions, you can have up to two on each page.
