Dashboard overview

The Patient Engage Dashboard shows a quick view of unmanaged, unconfirmed, and newly confirmed appointments, making it easier to see which tasks to tackle first. You can also request reviews, have clients check-in through text message, and see which of today's appointments are missing contact information.

To view the Patient Engage Dashboard

1.   Log in to Patient Engage.

2.   Click General.

3.   Under General, click Dashboard.

 

The Patient Engage Dashboard is divided into three areas:

·        Incoming Appointments

·        Weekly Appointments

·        Today's Follow-Up Actions
