When you have an opening on your hotlist, you can automatically notify groups of patients of that appointment opening.
To notify patients of an opening
2. In the main navigation pane on the left, click General.
3. Under General, click Dashboard.
4. Click the box next to the client(s) you'd like to notify.
5. Click the Notify button at the top of the screen.
6. Enter the last-minute appointment information in the fields provided.
7. Under Communication Type, specify whether you want the patients to receive Email Only, Text Only, or Email and Text messages.
8. Click Send to deliver the notification.
