Dashboard - today's follow-up actions

The Today's Follow-Up Actions area of the Dashboard shows information for patients coming for their appointment today. The number of patients coming in with missing contact information is in the yellow bubble next to Today's Follow-Up Actions. You can also print the list to keep it handy and write down missing information you collect from your patients during their visits.

Note: Your next three appointments appear by default. You can click Show more to view the rest of today’s visitors.

To view and manage today's follow-up actions on the Dashboard

1.   Log in to Patient Engage.

2.   In the main navigation pane on the left, click General.

3.   Under General, click Dashboard.

4.   Scroll down to Today's Follow-Up Actions.

Clicking the Mobile Check In icon next to each appointment sends a text with a link to your clients that allows them to fill out any online forms from a mobile device. You can also type in a patient's name in the search bar at the top right, to send the Check in link via text from any patient in your practice management system, even if they did not have an appointment scheduled that day.
