In the Incoming Appointments area of the Dashboard, here’s what you see:
· Managed and unmanaged appointment requests
· The number of unmanaged requests (in the yellow bubble next to Incoming Appointments)
· Appointment request details such as date and time, requester's name, service requested, and the request source (referral, Google, and so forth)
· A gear icon you can click to configure Online Scheduling settings
To view and manage incoming appointments on the Dashboard
2. In the main navigation pane on the left, click General.
3. Under General, click Dashboard.
4. Do any of the following:
· Click the arrow next to Requested to expand and view the request details.
· Click Accept to accept the request, or click Reschedule to change the requested date or time.
· Click the icon for more actions, such as putting the appointment on hold, deleting it, or adding a note.
