How does Call Tracking work?
Whenever you send an email or postcard with an assigned Call Tracking number, Patient Engage will automatically substitute your practice number with the unique tracking number assigned. When your patient calls one of these unique tracking numbers, the call will be routed through our secure data center, then to your practice. The unique tracking numbers allow us to record those calls.
What is the benefit of call recordings?
Call recordings allow you to determine the quality of the leads coming from certain campaigns and is a key tool for staff training and quality assurance.
How much does Call Tracking cost?
Call Tracking comes at no additional cost to customers.
What can Call Tracking track?
Call Tracking can track and record inbound phone calls that originate from Demandforce Local and your postcard and email campaigns.
How does Call Tracking determine the difference between calls generated from postcards, email messages, and Demandforce Local?
A unique phone number is assigned to each channel to determine where the calls originate.
How many different phone numbers can I get?
Call Tracking allows up to eight unique phone numbers, depending on your industry. To see your tracking numbers, go to Settings > Call Tracking Settings in your portal (once it is enabled).
Can I pick my phone numbers?
No, phone numbers are automatically assigned based on your area code.
Why do my email and postcard previews still show my business phone number?
Patient Engage displays your business phone number in all previews. Your unique tracking numbers will replace your business phone number when the communication is sent. To see your tracking numbers, go to Settings > Call Tracking Settings in your portal (once it is enabled).
Why can't I see the Incoming Calls box?
The Incoming Calls box will appear once Call Tracking has been enabled and you have received your first call.
What if I don’t want Call Tracking?
You can submit a request by filling out the Call Tracking Opt Out Form.
