Upload
Upload refers to the process of copying patient information from the office database to the Easy Dental eCentral website for patient or referral doctor’s viewing purposes. Each time an upload takes place, an e-mail notification is sent to the patient or guarantor.
Note: To send an e-mail notification, you must have specified a primary or secondary e-mail address in the Patient Settings dialog box. See Setting up patients.
You must enter your user ID and password in EasyWeb before any uploads can take place. See Running WebSync for more information.
The Insurance Claim Tracking Upload feature enables you to track and display the status of outstanding claims.
The following uploads are available:
· Performing correspondence upload overrides
· Performing patient upload overrides
