Performing patient upload overrides

Selecting the Patient Upload Override option allows you to select certain criteria for uploading patient information that is different from the criteria you selected in the WebSync Wizard. Once you have selected criteria in the Patient Upload Override dialog box, you can upload just the patients that match the new criteria to your website.

To perform a patient upload override

1.   In the EasyWeb toolbar, click Upload, and then click Patient Upload Override.

The Patient Upload Override dialog box appears.

 

2.   Do the following:

·        Select Patient – Click the From and To search buttons, and select the beginning and ending patients for the range.

·        Accounts – Select one of the following:

·        Family/Patient Account Transactions – Uploads transactions from the Accounts module that occurred on or after the first transaction date for the family. Select List Individual Patient Balances of Family to see each family member's balance separately.

·        Account Information – Uploads aged balances, last payment, last insurance payment, last statement date, outstanding billed to medical/dental, expected from dental insurance, and guarantor portion of total balance.

Note: You must select Use Guarantor’s User ID and Password in the Patient Settings dialog box to upload this information. See Setting up patients for more information.

·        Payment Plan Information – Uploads payment amount, amount past due, payment due, and due date.

·        Patient Message – Type a generic patient message to send to all patients during the upload.

·        Patient's Clinical Information – Select Treatment Plan to upload all treatment planned procedures for the patients. To upload insurance estimate information too, select Include Estimates.

·        Appointments – Select Appointment Date, Time, and Provider to upload all future appointment information for the family.

·        Select Provider – Click the From and To search buttons and enter a provider range to only upload certain provider’s patients.

·        Billing Type(s) – Select the billing types that you want to include, or select All to include all billing types. Only patients having the selected billing types are included in the upload.

3.   Click OK.

The EasyWeb Upload List - Patient Upload Override dialog box appears.

All patients who match the criteria you selected will be included in the EasyWeb Upload List.

4.   To remove any patients from the EasyWeb Upload List, select them, and then click Remove Patient(s) from Upload List.

5.   Click Upload to upload the listed patients.
