Performing correspondence upload overrides
Selecting Correspondence Upload Override, allows you to set criteria for uploading information. This option does not require a previous setup of correspondence types.
To perform a correspondence upload override
1. In the EasyWeb toolbar, select Upload, and then click Correspondence Upload Override.
The Correspondence Upload Override dialog box appears.
2. Do the following:
· Select Patient - Click the From and To search buttons and select the beginning and ending patients for the range.
· Due Date - Select one of the following:
· Appointments in Range - Type the From and To dates of the range and then select the appropriate option from the CC (Continuing Care) Attached list.
· Recall Due in Range - Type the From and To dates of the range and then select the appropriate option from the Scheduled Appt? list.
· Select Age - Select Include Patients According to Age, select Under or Over, and then select an age from the list box.
· Select Recall Type(s) - Select the recall types that you want to send correspondence to, or select All to include all recall types.
· Select Provider - Select the primary and/or appointment provider or providers that you want to include, or select All to include all providers.
· Select Billing Type(s) - Select the billing types that you want to include, or select All to include all billing types.
· Select Correspondence Template - Select the template that you want to use. Click Edit Template to modify the template.
3. Click Upload.
All patients matching the criteria set up for this correspondence will be included in the EasyWeb Upload list.
4. To remove any patients from the EasyWeb Upload list, select them, and then click Remove Patient(s) from Upload List.
5. Click Upload in the EasyWeb Upload list to upload the listed patient information.
