Performing claim tracking upload overrides

Selecting Claim Tracking Upload Override allows you to select criteria for searching outstanding claims.

To perform a claim tracking upload override

1.   In the EasyWeb toolbar, click Upload, and then click Claim Tracking Upload Override.

The Claim Tracking Upload Override dialog box appears.

 

2.   Do the following:

·        Select Patient – Click the From and To search buttons, and select the beginning and ending patients for the range.

·        Select Insurance Carrier – Click the From and To search buttons, and select the beginning and ending insurance carriers for the range.

·        Select Claim Billing Provider – Click the From and To search buttons, and select the beginning and ending billing provider for the range.

3.   To filter the claims according to how many days they are past due, select Over 30, Over 60, or Over 90.

Note: To include all claims regardless of past due date, select Over 0.

4.  To include pretreatment estimates in the upload, select Include Pretreatment Estimates.

5.   Click Upload to begin the upload process.

The EasyWeb Upload List dialog box appears.

All claims that match the criteria selected will be listed on the EasyWeb Upload List.
