This information can be displayed, sorted, analyzed, graphed, and printed from the Practice Analysis window. To fully utilize the figures in the Practice Analysis, you can configure the set up to meet your practice’s needs. You can also enter practice goals.
The Practice Analysis window has a wealth of information that can help you increase the productivity of your practice. Most of the analysis figures are totaled per provider on a monthly basis (MTD) during the month-end update. YTD is always an accumulation of the MTD’s for the year, for each provider. When viewing all providers in the analysis, the MTD totals for each provider are added together. The columns can be setup to be a Range, MTD (month-to-date), YTD (year-to-date), or AVG (average). The time period for all transactions is determined by entry date and the providers selecting in the set up. The following sub-sections explain the data displayed in the Practice Analysis window.
