Receivables analysis

·        Current, 31-60 Days, 61-90 Days, Over 90 Days - The Receivables Analysis is calculated similarly to how the Aging Report is. The aging is calculated according to procedure date, but transactions are included for a MTD or YTD total according to entry date. The Aging by Provider is according to the primary provider of the guarantor.

·        Total Receivables - This amount is the sum of Current, 31-60 Days, 61-90 Days, and Over 90 Days.

·        Credit Balances - This line shows the total amount of any families who have a credit balance, according to the primary provider of the guarantor.
