Setting up Practice Analysis goals

After setting up your Practice Analysis, you can set up goals for your practice.

To set up goals for your practice

1.   In the Practice Analysis window, from the Setup menu, click Goals.

The Goals Setup dialog box appears where you can set up or edit the monthly production goals by provider.

 

2.   Click the Provider search button and select the provider you want to access and/or set up monthly goals for.

3.   In the Year text field, type the appropriate year.

4.   Click Read Selected Goals to load any previously entered goals or to add goals.

Once you click Read Selected Goals, the buttons in the Goals section become active.

5.   Select an existing goal and then click Edit to edit the goal. To add a goal, click Add.

The Enter Goals dialog box appears.

6.   Type the Month and Gross Production and then click OK to return to the Goals Setup dialog box.

7.   To repeat the goal for the selected year and month to another year and month, select one of the existing goals and click Copy.

The Enter Goals dialog box appears. Type a different Month and/or Gross Production and then click OK.

8.   To delete a goal from the Goals pane, select the goal and then click Delete.

9.   When you have finished setting up or editing goals, click Close to save any changes and return to the Practice Analysis window.
