·        Future Due Payment Plans - This amount is the remaining balance due for all outstanding payment plans (plans which charge out the payment amount on a monthly basis). This line will be blank for a date range column.

·        Payment Agreements - This amount is the remaining balance due for all outstanding Payment Agreements (agreements which require the patient to make payments toward an already owed balance). This line will be blank for a date range.
