Activity analysis

·        New Patients - The number of new patients added in the Family File with a first visit date in the date range.

·        Referred Patients - The portion of New Patients (from above) that have a Referred-By entered in the Family File.

·        Active Patients - Indicates the total number of patients with a “Patient” status in the Family File.

·        Insured Patients - The portion of Active Patients that have insurance attached in the Family File.

·        Number of Families - The total number of guarantors/H of H attached to the provider in the Family File.

·        Number of Missed Payments - The number of accounts with a balance over thirty days that did not make a payment during the month.

Note: All Activity Analysis figures will be blank and print as zeros when a date range is used.
