The Claims Manager provides you with an interactive way to review, track, and manage insurance claims directly in Dentrix. The Claims Manager allows you to work with an interactive aging report and view the status of printed and electronic claims. Electronic claims that were submitted through eClaims can display updated claim statuses through claim tracking write back. Claim tracking statuses appear in real-time, and you can see claim and NEA numbers.
Note: Claims with a zero dollar amount are considered closed and do not appear in the Claims Manager.
