Adding or editing claim status notes

You can add or edit claim status notes from the Dentrix Claims Manager window.

To add or edit a claim status note

1.   Open the Claims Manager.

The Dentrix Claims Manager window appears.

2.   To add or edit a claim status note, select a patient from the claims list.

3.   Under Patient Information, click Add/Edit Status.

The Claim Status Notes dialog box appears.

4.   To add a claim status note, type the note in the Add Notes text box.

5.   To edit a note, select it, and then click the Edit Note button.
