Adding or editing claim status notes

You can add or edit claim status notes from the Dentrix Claims Manager window.

To add or edit a claim status note

1.   Open the Claims Manager.

The Dentrix Claims Manager window appears.

2.   To view the side panel, select a patient from the claims list, and then click the side panel icon in the upper-right corner .

The side panel appears.

3.   Click the Claim Status Notes Add/Edit Status icon.

The Claim Status dialog box appears.

 

4.   To add a claim status note, type the note in the Note text box.

5.   Click Save & Close.
