Two-way text messaging overview (Patient Engage Mobile)

With two-way text messaging, you can send and receive text messages to and from your patients in real time. When you receive an incoming text message, Patient Engage Mobile alerts you so you can see and respond to messages quickly.

Note: Changes made in Patient Engage Mobile also affect Patient Engage and the Patient Engage Live app across all user logins.

You can perform the following tasks to manage two-way text messages:

·        Filter messages

·        Manage messages

·        Use templates

·        Assign a primary contact
