Assigning a primary contact (Patient Engage Mobile)

With the two-way text messaging feature, you can assign a primary contact name to a phone number where multiple patients (such as a family) share that same phone number.

To assign a primary contact

1.   Log in to Patient Engage Mobile.

2.   Click the text message conversation that you want to assign a primary contact for.

3.   Tap the icon for the message where you want to assign a primary contact.

4.   Click Assign Primary Contact.

A list of all patients with that same phone number appears.

5.   Tap the name of the patient that you want to select as the primary contact for the phone number.

6.   Tap back on the top left corner of your screen to go back to your text message panel.
