Patient Engage Live brings day-to-day portal tasks right to your desktop, so you can fit your Patient Engage tasks into your office's daily workflow. Patient Engage Live is designed so that you can view it side by side on your desktop with your practice management system without having to switch windows and tabs. Patient Engage Live helps reduce on-screen clutter and allows your office to focus on the task at hand.
Patient Engage Live sends your office staff notifications using your computer's existing notification system (Windows and Mac compatible) so your office is quickly alerted when there is a task that they need to take care of. Being able to view notifications immediately, along with quick and easy access to essential tools, can greatly reduce the transaction time needed to respond to and complete these important revenue-generating tasks. Furthermore, the delays your patients experience--in booking an appointment or receiving a response to reschedule an appointment--are also reduced.
Before using Patient Engage Live, you will need to download, install, and set up Patient Engage Live.

Weekly appointments - With Patient Engage Live, your office receives notifications when your patients confirm their upcoming appointments. You can notate appointment confirmations, manually confirm appointments, and view unconfirmed appointments. |
