To save time writing a text message, you can use text messaging templates with pre-written text. The templates insert the patient's first name and your practice's name and phone number as applicable. If you need to, you can make minor changes to the pre-written text before sending it.
To use text templates
1. Log in to Patient Engage Mobile.
2. Click the text message conversation that you want to reply to.
3. Tap View Templates at the bottom of your screen.
4. Tap on the template you want to use.
Note: Messages have a 160-character limit for phone numbers within the US and a 136-character limit for phone numbers in Canada.
5. Tap on the send icon to send your text message.
