Appointment requests overview (Patient Engage Mobile)

In Patient Engage Mobile, appointment requests display important information such as:

·        Patient name

·        Request date (the date when your office received the appointment request)

·        Requested details (including the requested date and time, service requested, and provider requested)

Note: When a new appointment request is made, you are notified shortly after the request is submitted by a patient.

To view appointment requests

1.   Log in to Patient Engage Mobile.

2.   Tap on the request icon at the bottom left of your screen.

 

You can perform the following tasks to manage appointment requests:

·        Accepting an appointment request

·        Rescheduling an appointment request

·        Flagging an appointment request for review

·        Viewing details of an appointment request

·        Adding a note to an appointment request

·        Deleting an appointment request

·        Navigating appointment requests

·        Filtering appointment requests

·        Searching appointment requests
