Viewing details of an appointment request (Patient Engage Mobile)

You can easily view additional details of an appointment request, such as all requested appointment dates, the requested procedure, phone number, and email address.

To view the details of an appointment request

1.   Log in to Patient Engage Mobile.

2.   Tap the icon.

3.   Tap View Details.

The Appointment Request Details screen appears.

Note: You can also access Appointment Request details by tapping any appointment request.
