There will be times when you'll need to reschedule an appointment request.
To reschedule an appointment request
1. Log in to Patient Engage Mobile.
2. Tap
the icon at the top right corner of the appointment
request.
3. Tap Reschedule.
4. Select a new date, time, and add any comments if necessary.
5. Tap the reschedule button at the bottom of the screen.
A message appears.
6. Tap Reschedule
Tip: You can also reschedule a request by tapping a request to open the Details, and then tapping More at the bottom right of your screen.
