Accepting an appointment request (Patient Engage Mobile)

As appointment requests appear, you must manually add them your practice management program's schedule and then accept them.

To accept an appointment request

1.   Log in to Patient Engage Mobile.

2.   Add the requested appointment details to your practice management system.

Note: It’s important to make sure that you put the appointment details in your management system prior to clicking accept.

3.   Tap the  icon  at the top right corner of the appointment request.

4.   Tap Accept.

A message appears.

5.   Tap Accept again.

Note: You can also accept a request by tapping a request to open the request details, and then at the bottom of Request Details, tapping Accept.
