Navigating appointment requests (Patient Engage Mobile)

There are three ways you can navigate appointment requests to find the ones you are looking for:

·        View Unmanaged or All requests

·        Filter requests so you view only those that meet certain criteria

·        Search for specific requests by patient name or email address

To navigate appointment requests

1.   Log in to Patient Engage Mobile.

2.   Do any combination of the following:

·        Click Unmanaged or All to specify which type of requests you want to view.

·        Click the Filter icon and use the Status, Providers, and Date Range filters to filter appointment requests and show only those requests that meet your specified criteria.

·        Use the Search box to search for specific appointment requests by patient name or email address.
