Medical History/Allergies/Alerts panel overview

The Medical History/Allergies/Alerts panel is available at all times while viewing the Patient Information Center. You can hide, show, and resize the panel to suit your preferences.

Do any of the following to customize the panel:

·        To un-pin the panel (so that it is hidden until you position your pointer over or click  the Medical History/Allergies/Alerts button), click the down-facing pin .

·        To pin the panel (so that it is always being shown in the Patient Information Center), click the side-facing pin .

·        To resize the width of the panel, position your pointer over the left edge of the panel until the cursor changes to a double arrow , and then drag the edge of the panel to increase or reduce the width as desired.

The panel consists of the following sections:

·       Medical History

·       Allergies

·       Alerts

·       Quick Notes

·       Patient Photo
