Setting up shortcuts

Shortcuts can save you time because you can simultaneously post one or more pre-defined conditions, treatments, or planned treatments. You can create custom shortcuts to quickly post routine tasks.

After creating a shortcut, you can add the shortcut to a template. Because templates are stored on the server, each shortcut you add to a template is available to each workstation on your network; so, you can create one collection of shortcuts and templates and share them with each workstation on your network.

Additionally, you can export and import shortcuts with templates to share shortcuts with workstations that are not connected to your network.
