Patient and medical alerts
You can customize and attach patient alerts to patients to flag certain conditions. Patient alerts appear whenever you access information on the patient. You can set options to display a symbol on a patient’s appointments and to include the patient’s aged balance for easy reference. Each patient can have up to ten alerts.
You can also create patient alerts in Accounts, Schedule, Chart, Collections Manager, and Treatment Manager.
You can only assign medical alerts to your patients from the Patient Drop-down in the Patient Banner.
