Editing patient alerts

You can edit patient alerts from the Accounts, Schedule, Chart, Collections Manager, and Treatment Manager modules.

To edit a patient alert

1.   Do one of the following:

·        In the Patients toolbar, click the Alerts button.

·        In the Patient Banner, click the Patient Alerts icon.

The Patient Alert dialog box appears, listing all patient alerts for the patient.

 

2.   Select the alert that you want to edit, and then click Edit.

The Edit Patient Alert dialog box appears.

3.   Edit any information you want to change in the patient alert, and then click OK.
