Suspending patient alerts

You can suspend all patient alerts on a specific computer. When you select this option, the computer ignores all patient alerts for all patients.

When an alert appears for a patient, selecting Do Not Show This Alert Again Today suspends that patient's alert on all of your office computers for the day.

To suspend a patient alert

1.   In the Patient Banner, click the Settings button.

The Settings dialog box appears.

 

2.   Click Maintenance, and then click Preferences.

The Preferences dialog box appears.

3.   Select Suspend Patient Alerts, and then click OK.
