Deleting patient alerts

You can delete patient alerts from the Accounts, Schedule, Chart, Collections Manager, and Treatment Manager modules.

To delete a patient alert

1.   Select the patient whose patient alert you want to delete.

2.   Do one of the following:

·        In the Patients toolbar, click the Alerts button.

·        In the Patient Banner, click the Patient Alerts icon.

The Patient Alert dialog box appears, listing all patient alerts for the patient.

3.   Select the patient alert that you want to delete, and then click Delete.

A message appears.

4.   To delete the patient alert, click OK.
