While you are working in the Patient Chart it may be advantageous to view only certain treatment information. For example, when explaining treatment to a patient, you might want to display just the Graphic Chart. Or, when completing the Progress Notes or managing a treatment plan case for a patient, you might want to change the default layout to the Progress Notes or Treatment Planner layouts. By providing multiple ways to view treatment information, reviewing cases and recommending treatment is simpler.
Note: To restore the default Patient Chart settings, click View, and then click Restore Startup Settings.
