The Patient Chart provides a quick and easy way to enter existing, recommended, and completed treatment or conditions. Standard, easy-to-recognize textbook charting symbols are used. Treatment is color-coded so that a single glance at the patient's chart will tell you whether a procedure is a condition, existing, treatment-planned, or completed.
