Viewing vital signs graphs

When viewing patient vital signs data on the Vital Signs tab in the Electronic Health Record, you can view the patient's vital signs data as a graph.

Note: Graphs are available for data from any vital signs monitor.

To view a vital signs graph

1.   From the Vital Signs tab, click Graph.

The vital signs graph appears.

Tips:

·        You can print the graph using the print icon in the top right corner.

·        You can change the appearance of the graph by changing the vital signs graph settings.

·        You can also add vital signs graphs to EHR narratives using the Vital Signs merge fields (shown below).
