Removing procedure codes from the organization-wide favorites

Procedure codes represent the services that you render and products that you sell at your locations. Organization-wide favorite procedure codes are the ones that you use most commonly across your organization. If you no longer want a procedure to appear as an organization-wide favorite in the clinical chart when you are charting procedures, you can make it a non-favorite. This also applies to multi-codes.

To remove a procedure code or multi-code from the organization-wide favorites

1. If you are not already viewing the location that has a procedure code that you want to make a non-favorite, select that location on the Location menu.

2. On the Settings menu, under Production, click (or tap) Procedure Codes & Conditions.

   The Procedure Codes & Conditions page opens.

3. On the Procedure Codes tab, locate the procedure that you want to make a non-favorite. Favorite procedures have yellow stars next to them. Non-favorites have gray stars.

   

4. Click (or tap) that procedure's yellow star to make it gray, indicating that the procedure is no longer a favorite.
