Managing a shareable set of clinical note templates

A shareable set of clinical note templates is a set of master clinical note templates that you can manage separately from the set of clinical notes for your location (if your organization has only one location) or any of the locations in your organization (if your organization has multiple locations).

You can do any of the following with your organization's shareable set of clinical note templates:

• Copy any of a location's templates to the shareable set.

• Add shareable templates.

• Customize shareable templates.

• Delete shareable templates.

• Distribute templates from the shareable set to multiple locations.

Notes:

• You may want to restrict who has the "Manage Shareable Set" right to help prevent unwanted changes to these master templates.

• When entering or editing a patient's clinical note while logged in to a given location, a person has access to only that location's clinical note templates and his or her own favorite clinical note templates.
