The Exam Information section displays perio notes, periodontal case types, patient status, perio status, and miscellaneous notes. You can copy this information to the Clipboard or save it as a template.
The Exam Information Templates list contains all saved exam information templates. When you select a template from this list, the saved values of each Perio Notes field are populated with the appropriate information. Dentrix includes a default exam information template; however, you can customize and save additional exam templates based on the default.
You can use the Exam Information section to specify a patient's overall periodontal health, but this section does not contain tooth- or site-specific information like the Data Entry section.
