When you create an insurance claim, a standard set of information is used to fill out the claim. To add non-standard information to a claim, edit the claim information from the Primary Medical Insurance Claim window. You can open the Primary Medical Insurance Claim window from the Ledger in any of the following ways:
If you have created a claim, double-click it.
If you have not yet created a claim for procedures you posted on the current date, from the Insurance menu, click Today's Procedures.
If you have not yet created a claim for cross-coded procedures posted on a day other than the current date, select the procedures, and then from the Insurance menu, click Selected Procedures.
