Viewing past appointments

The Past Appointments screen shows you the Appointment Time, Patient Name, Provider, Operatory, and Statusfor each of your upcoming appointments.

Note: The list groups appointments by appointment date and sorts them by appointment time.

To view past appointments

1.   Log in to Sesame ONE.

2.   In the main navigation pane on the left, click Appointments.

3.   Under Appointments, click Past Appointments.

4.   While viewing the Past Appointments list, you can take any of the following actions:

·        View appointment details

·        Filter the appointment list

·        Print the appointment list

·        Confirm an appointment

·        Send a two-way text message

·        Send a text or email confirmation
