Sending a text or email confirmation

You can use the Upcoming Appointments list to send a text or email confirmation message to a patient.

To send a text or email confirmation message

1.   Log in to Sesame ONE.

2.   In the main navigation pane on the left, click Appointments.

3.   Under Appointments, click Upcoming Appointments.

4.   Click the options icon in the top right corner.

5.   Click Send Text/Email Confirmation .

6.   Type the text message you want to send.

7.   Click Send Message.

The following message appears below the appointment:
