You can use the Upcoming Appointments list to send a two-way text message to patients.
Note: To use this feature, you will need to first set up your Text Settings (click Settings, and then Text Message Settings).
To send a two-way text message
1. Log in to Sesame ONE.
2. In the main navigation pane on the left, click Appointments.
3. Under Appointments, click Upcoming Appointments.
4. Click the options icon in the top right corner.
5. Click Send Two Way Text.
6. Type the text message you want to send.
7. Click Send Message.
