Two-way text messaging overview

With two-way text messaging, you can send and receive text messages to and from your patients in real time. Sesame ONE uses heuristics ("machine learning") to help prioritize your two-way text messages so that you can respond to the important messages first. You can manually flag messages as important, so suggestions become more helpful over time.

When you receive an incoming text message, Sesame ONE alerts you with a desktop notification so you can see and respond to them quickly.

Note: Changes made in Sesame ONE also affect Sesame ONE Live and the Sesame ONE Mobile app across all user logins.
